It's people who live within the same community board. Very strict when it comes to boundaries. You're either in or you're out.

No calls or emails yet.
Hopefully very soon we can hear a good news!
Waiting is tough but we do not have any power over that! At least we will have a beautiful and very stylish apartments.
Does anyone know how much they will charge for the gym or terrace?

In that case I got no community preference(live in another borough) and I was contacted a month ago. Provided documents twice and waiting for a final approval. AMI 130% and log number around 170. Hope that helps:-)

If it's like the other buildings in the complex it will have an all-or-nothing amenities package. Surprisingly affordable--less than $50/mo. Of course, all amenities are currently shut down or severely restricted in use (which is the correct thing for them to be doing).

No municipal employee, just an ordinary nyc resident. Still waiting for a final approval and if I make it to a showing, I’ll def take some photos and share them here.

Randomperson2631, or anyone else who has gone to view a unit: do you have a confirmed move-in date? The lobby definitely seems like it needs some work and they've adjusted the anticipated move-in date several times for me.
