I walked by yesterday and while there is some progress, things do seem to be moving slowly. Very grateful I've been approved, but the trouble is that I was told I could move Sept 15th (and before that, about a month prior!) and so I notified my landlord and my roommates who also made arrangements to move out that day.
I was told the move-ins and showings are going to be staggered by floor so it's making me a little uneasy that I have no idea when the actual move will work out, and in the meantime am responsible for paying the entire rent in my 3 bedroom apt, since the date has been pushed multiple times. They also don't have a floor plan to show me, I only see the two examples online which differ widely. I do have a unit assigned to me.
Does anyone have any new info on this? Good luck to everyone!!
Hmm -- from everything I've been told, everything is super tentative/they were never able to confirm a move in date, just a "hopeful" one. Usually construction is always running on delays.
Did they provide you a unit number, or do you mean you know you're confirmed for a unit? I was going to say, maybe you are able to determine your floor plan based on the unit number (because floor plans are numbered).
After a long wait the coordinator emailed me and told me I have been fully approved! YAY!
Congratulations!!
