Definitely, the documentation detailing a potential return to work date will correct that.

Yes, but they will still factor in the months he/she was unemployed.

I think if the person had a confirmed return to work date, they would use the job's salary. The goal of the income verification process is to establish *current* salary on a going-forward basis. If a person starts a job with a fixed regular salary, that's what counts regardless of what they were earning six months earlier. (They will run all the calculations, but they always use the method that yields the highest result.) So the income shouldn't be dragged down by prior months on unemployment.

Without a confirmed return to work date, it's murkier.

P.S. Good luck to all you people, keep us posted!

I was told I can expect a move-in date around Sept 15. By the looks of the building (I walked by about 10 days ago) things seem to be running behind so i'm not sure if that will actually happen. They haven't been ready for me to check out the place yet or send me a floor plan. I believe I have a specific studio assigned to me.

I have CB preference.

Does anyone have any more information from C&C?

Great to see some of you have made progress. That's really exciting!

I'm so concerned about the possibility that C&C (along with all the other marketing agencies) processed more CB applicants than there are units available - I know this is done by default so waitlist purposes, but the anxiety starts to take over.

Over or under the threshold. The wait continues...

Good luck! They've been super responsive so far but haven't really had any updates for me in a couple weeks.
