Note that the window situation does look better than in the Essex, which is a somewhat awkward compromise where only part of exterior walls are floor to ceiling. Never understood why they did that. You can see the difference even from the outside but the floor plans seem to confirm that, except where there are PTACs, the interruptions are only thin "frames" and not the larger intervals of wall at the Essex.

Took about a week for approval from HPD! I haven't seen the place yet but I heard the studios are about 450-470 square feet.
