For those of you that have already signed a lease and moved in, how long did it take you to get approval and sign the lease after seeing the apartment? I saw a 1 bedroom at the 165% AMI last Wednesday and my log number is 55xx. They say that my application is processing. Any idea or estimate on how long the “processing” took for you guys that already moved in? And am I guaranteed the apartment at this point?

Where in the process are you? Just curious if they’ve given you anymore information than me. Thanks!

the gal i have been dealing with has been super helpful and a pleasure. now just waiting to hear what the next steps are.

Hm okay. The girl I was dealing with was super helpful in the beginning, but now seems to be annoyed with the entire process and just keeps saying she will let me know. I signed the documents on Docu-Sign but still haven’t been asked to pay the $16 fee. Last Wednesday I was told by the gentleman who showed me the apartment that the move in deadline is November 30th. I’m getting nervous at this point. Did he say anything about a deadline to you?
