Once all requested documents have been submitted, how long does it take for them to be processed? And what happens after they're processed? Is there another step or are you accepted or rejected?

Yea that the building charges 30-35 that from what the intake person had told me when. I was signing papers they said the air conditioner isn’t connected with the con Ed bill. That yesterday they were passing out letters to tenants about the breakdown of their bill

Are utilities included in the rent or do you have to pay for them separately? What about internet service?

You pay for your utilities separately, only AC seems to be added onto the rent (extra fee on top of your monthly rent charge).

So, the building doesn't have an issue with an internet service provider drilling holes into the wall and setting up wires? Or is the infrastructure for internet already in place?

Also, which internet companies are available to the building?
