I don’t know if this provides any reference for anyone but my log number was in the 10,000s and I was contacted a few months ago. I turned it down because it’s extremely far from work, family etc so I would’ve been isolated. I didn’t have any preferences either.
Does anybody knows which log number are they up to?
Its been 7 weeks since I submitted all my documents and nothing… I emailed them multiple times with 1 reply in which I was told that they haven’t reached my log number.

7 weeks wow that’s really disappointing. The process is entirely to long.
I got the email to submit documentation today and this will be my first time I'm in the process to qualify for this lottery. Now I do have a couple questions:
I'm on 125% AMI and 1 BR is 2284 and 2BR is 2756. I would definitely love to have the 2BR since in the short-mid term I'm expanding my family (2 of us right now) but the price since to be a bit off of what I would like to spend for an apartment of that size specially because is not big and a NYCHA apartment would be bigger somehow comparing the same amount of rooms but obviously we will not discuss that for obvious reasons.
All the amenities are GREAT and I believe this is part of the reason why the apartment price might be a bit over of what somebody normally pay.
So here are my questions:
What am I paying for the month and what is NOT included on the rent?
Is this a yearly lease?
Is this building subject to rent increase?
If I select the 1BR can I upgrade to a 2BR in case we have a baby?
Is the apartment fully equipped? (bed, kitchen table, sofa?)
Today they finally contacted me by email after 8 weeks of waiting…. I was told that they no longer have apartments available in the 60 AMI. They will put me on a waiting list.

Thanks for this update. I’ve been stuck on pending going on 4 months now. Why would they ask for documents submission when there is no units left.
I don't understand why it says pending and not applied like the rest of them on the website.
