Was there a mobility preference? I can’t remember.

From the looks of it there maybe a long wait before applicants are called. This lottery is so vague.

92xx. meh.

Glad to see the log numbers posted! Did anyone get an email yet with the log #?

Re high numbers: I applied for the 2 most recent lotteries in 2017 and 2019 although I knew I couldn't afford the rent ranges. I had pretty high numbers in both lotteries but got the documentation requests eventually.

2019 lottery > 4/3/19 deadline > 5/6/19 email log # 11,9xx > 10/31/19 request for docs

2017 lottery > 3/10/17 deadline > 3/28/19 email log # 6,2xx > 5/15/17 request for docs

I never replied to the document request since I really couldn't afford these 165% AMI lotteries. But this lottery is literally half the rent and income range, so I live in hope!

This lottery is SO much better than the previous Stuy Town ones in terms of pricing. I have long said that the 165% units shouldn't even be considered affordable.

And I agree, I don't think there are mobility or vision/hearing preferences for this lottery. And no community preference.
