2021 Stuytown lottery (building, parties, bedroom)

In previous StuyTown lotteries, I have been called after less than one month has elapsed after the lottery closed. Has anyone been called yet?

"if the overtime shows up on the paystubs that are submitted, it will count"

However, if your employer will certify that the overtime is not standard/expected, you can usually appeal that determination.

I just got an email giving me my waitlist number...I'm pretty sure its my log number, I'm unsure what that means lol

I just got the email from Stuytown:

Dear Applicant:

Thank you for your application for the StuyTown Lottery 2021. You have been randomly assigned wait list log number 1,3xx. This will be your log number for the duration of this lottery, which is active for a period of two (2) years.

Your application is logged and will be held in the office. As units become available, we will contact the next eligible person in the log to begin the applicant verification process.

Please contact us in writing if your contact information changes. All requests to change contact information should include your name and log number and can be mailed to StuyTown Lottery Wait List [...].

I actually just signed a lease for an awesome apartment (outside any housing lottery), so I will be withdrawing my application when they do call me in. Good luck to everyone!

Got my Log #. It’s 17,XXX

Yes that’s the 17 thousand range. Since it’s only active for 2 years I assume it’s, “Better Luck Next Time”.

Me, too. I expect this one will have much higher uptake thus move much more slowly through the log.

That's what I think too. The number I just got in the email is the same as the log number I found out online.
