Log 2X? LOL that's awesome. How long was the process for you? @ Document submission to move-in?
Yeah, kinda wild. Didn't believe it at first lol. The entire process was from the viewing (10/6) to the lease signing (11/1). Lots and lots of documents, so be prepared and patient lol. Again - consistency is key throughout the entire process!

That's great, enjoy! Easily top 5 lotteries this year in my opinion. Glad to see it is actually nice.
This is awesome! Enjoy & I hope the management will truly maintain its amenities professionally though they don't charge any membership fee.

@haiko Congrats on your new apartment! Glad to hear you're loving it! Do you mind if I DM you some questions?
I am the marketing agent for iAffordNY and I can tell you that someone with a higher log number can absolutely be shown an apartment before a lower log number. It is all about who submits their documents.
To be clear:
It will ALWAYS go by log number. But those who submit their documents swiftly will increase their chances tremendously over someone who waits to upload docs.
As far as available units:
As of today...
Studios are pretty much all assigned.
1 & 2 Bedrooms are still in the process of being assigned.
We are still only up to Log# 1450.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Thanks for taking the time to do this Brittany
Can you clarify this? How does submitting documents early assuming you have a higher log number tremendously increase your chances over someone who waits to submit documents? Let’s say people are given two weeks to submit documents. Someone with a lower log number submits and the end of the two weeks. Someone with a higher log number submits at the beginning of the two weeks. If you’re always going by log number, shouldn’t the lower log number person still get preference for the unit, even if they submitted documents later but were still within the allotted two week timeframe?
