Yes, but that's assuming both high and low log numbers are on the ball.
I understand what you are asking. I meant more in a general sense and I see here that everyone participating in this forum is likely attune to what their document deadline dates are, they are getting their documents submitted on time and doing what needs to be done to secure their chances at an apartment.

However, there are times that people pass up a great opportunity because they are not checking their portal, not replying to email invitations, waiting to schedule viewings, etc.

I guess what I want to convey is being proactive is important.
But I guess you all already know that?

I was just contacted today to submit documents, log #20xx.

If I was ever going to destroy my life/budget for an apartment, this would probably be the one. I'm out of town for the week with no wifi, so I'll have time to ponder and pretend there's a chance I can afford it.

Wow congrats! Do you know which units they have left?

I was also contacted this afternoon to submit documents (log #2,0XX)! The email listed the original number available units; it was not updated to reflect the ones already leased to logs 1-2000. $2,475 for a 700 sq ft apt is steep for those of us at the very bottom of the 130 AMI income range but the amenities look great!

Yeah I emailed iAfford a question about documents and got back a really poorly written generic email (where they even misspelled the name of their company lol).
