Any update for radroc? Just got asked to submit documents 11/09 with log #2xx has anybody made it to the next steps besides initial docs? And is it better submitting in person or housing connect site?
easier and more organized thru the housing connect site, in my opinion. you have to make sure you upload EVERY SINGLE THING on the document request list before you submit! and to make it easier for you, name the files accordingly, so it would be easier for you and your leasing agent to refer to them.

Hey, I have a quick question. I noticed their document request packet asks for pay stubs and an employment verification letter. Did you upload these both before sending in your documents? or just the pay stubs and the request the letter themselves?
Does anyone have any insight on how safe this area is? I know Far Rockaway is not the best neighborhood but it seems to be having a lot of investment poured into it as of recent. Also, this area is towards the end, which is very close to Long Island.
Update i just got called to view a unit before doing the 5 day notice letter that i should be receiving monday as the leasing agent say but seeing unit friday is this a good sign? Also what do they ask for with the 5 day notice besides bank statements, explanation of cash payments etc? I dont wanna get worked up lol log #25x
