i am log number between 1-50.... i was contacted to send my documents. i sent them in but i did not send in my household eligibility questionnaire.. i also don't have stellar credit, so i'm hoping that doesn't affect me too much.
i wonder if i can call in and send in my household eligibility questionnaire via e-mail .PDF attachments.

most likely! i have no preference at all, i live two hours away! haha.. i tried calling to ask if i may instead e-mail my questionnaire, but i haven't been able to get in contact with them at all today. i may ask them via e-mail, instead, that way i can reply with the questionnaire anyway.
anybody else submitting docs?
