nobody heard anything? they really asked for documents on 6/7 and went ghost its going on 2 months.
Hey, so I believe they work in order, they contact people ahead of time and work through log numbers from lowest to highest. If they’ve asked you to submit documents it’s because your log number is coming up and they’re just processing the lower logs first, just try to be patient you’ll hear from them again soon.
Yeah, them reaching out to large batches that are up next while they work through lower log numbers sounds very likely. I haven't heard anything back yet either =/
Ok so I’m in process for the other apartments in far rock and my file only just got sent off to the agency for approval. I waited 2 months to get to this point. I believe after the agency approves it, I can go view the apartment then they send my file off to hpd for final approval. The whole process takes a while. Just try to be patient.
