I feel like they are doing 100 applications a week lol I’m trying to see when they would reach the 1900’s lol. There’s 107 one bedrooms that I qualify for so I really hope there will still be some available by then.

I submitted additional documentation last night. Be prepared to fill out a lot of paper work. Let’s see if they need anything else.

Anything out of the ordinary compared to what most lotteries ask for?

Also - were you in the 300s?

I have only been through this process once and I feel that each property is different. At 260 Gold, I saw and chose a unit before filling out all of the paperwork and with this process, I’m filling out all the docs before even seeing a unit..

Huh - interesting. I also went through the process with Gold Street, but I had just assumed submitting documents would suffice. What is the paperwork? Just a bunch of forms to fill in on name, address, employer, salary-type stuff?

The paper work is the formalities - application, asset attestation, request for last two years of tax docs, credit check/ rental payment plus whatever additional documentation they need.
