It seems they’re calling differently than the standard way if this person with no preferences has a unit before the CB. What is the typical calling sequence @WildAboutHarry ?
I read in the handbook that they can call CB and gen pop at the same time. Its up to the agency
Oh! Okay. Yeah I lived around the area. Funny thing is I actually went to junior high school across the street.
Ah ok so you had a low log number and COmmuntiu Board preference since you live in East Harlem. Based off the income chart maximum for listed under the lottery post, do you know the average medium income % category that you fall under ?

Dang I really mean to get on it and read that thing . So I’m gonna update the spreadsheet and repost it so that we are updated that since April they have been calling and processing CB logs under 100. AMI unknown.
He really did blow mines too. I went through at least 4 stages of grief in under 10 minutes. However if I am not mistaken Mobility/Hearing Disability is called 1st, then CB in order of lowest log number and for the lowest AMI. The lower AMIs receive more applicants so it will take some
time but the ball IS rolling.
I was dying when I read this - 4 stages of grief in 10 min lmao! Thank you ssme for the update and congratulations to you!!!!
I found Sendero Verde website, I wonder if you could apply directly through this website, check in the floor plans section, you can make an inquiry over there: https://www.senderoverdenyc.com/

Aha, apparently the management was a little too excited in publishing their website, it has given false hope to many
