Nope! That was also scheduled to start Dec 1 but it was not included in my Dec rent bill. I guess that is a positive side to them not being on top of billing lol

Several people have shared on this thread in the past what unit lines they were shown so I recommend searching and also some have shared on here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...LAQ/edit#gid=0 Off the top of my head I know people have been shown 1br in the 07, 10, 06, 21, and 20 lines but there are probably others. Also from what others have shared, units have been on floors ~10-25 so far but the top 10-15 floors of the building have only recently finished so I wouldn't be surprised if those contacted later for this lottery are shown higher floors. Note that the units on higher floors are usually smaller, though you'll probably have a better view if that's more important to you, of course depending on what direction you face.
Regarding the electricity, it has been a bit of a mess. The building is using a sub-metering company to manage the billing so each unit doesn't have an account with coned. I moved in August and we have been told each month that the billing will start the following month but so far nothing and they claim to be unable to give us any idea of our usage so far. Most recently we have been told we will be billed starting January 1st. I've only been here a few months but I do feel for those that will have lived here a year without a bill and having no idea what they will ultimately be charged.

They gonna give u a welcome package ...and ur gonna love the building it's very well constructed the walls aren't thin and everything is sound proof including the apartment door
In case anyone is curious I got emailed today to schedule a sneak peak tour and it said they should reach my log in the next 4-6 weeks. Log number 17XX.
I'm also log 17xx and got an email to sneak peek the building! Do you know how many 1 bedroom apartments are left?
Log 14xx, was asked for additional documents today (originally submitted 12/5). Also got to schedule my time to go see the available apartments. Will report back following that however if anyone has any questions they'd like me to ask while there lmk.
