Did you also receive a sneak peek email? Just wondering how long it took them to request for documents after they sent the sneak peek email

I am also 14xx so can help out here. I was contacted on 11/4 for a sneak peek. I was requested for docs 12/6 and now going in tomorrow to select a unit! my application isn't fully accepted yet, still has to go to the city for approval but i'm telling myself that everything looks good enough for them to let me see a few units and pick which one i want.

Congrats and thanks for offering! Anything you’re comfortable asking related to number of units left and types of layouts would be helpful. Thank you!

They couldn’t really comment on the affordable units but the building is ~75% leased according to the leasing agent. Believe they have a good amount left. I saw 2 1 beds and 1 studio on floors 11, 14, and 30.

That’s helpful, hopefully everyone vying for this gets an opportunity for a unit.

Yep, wound up going with a 1 bedroom. Have to go sign the affidavit this week and do the bank clarification form. Any idea when you sign the lease after?
