Yes deff will, and I’ll explain my process so far. Was contacted April 19th to submit documents, couple days later got asked for more documents. Agency submitted documents to HPD 5/5. I have a low log #9X and I am CB preff if that helps. Will update you guys.

So "Under Review" means HPD is already reviewing your documents? Last week I received an email to submit my documents & I uploaded them the same day to the portal.. Then it changed to "Under Review" two days later.. It couldn't have already been sent to HPD could it?
@Maryeah03, "Under Review" means the marketing agency has requested documents from you and you submitted them.
I am still "Under Review" as well and I been informed by the agency via E-Mail that my documents are on hold and won't be looked at further until they each my log number.. which means other people ahead of me will get looked at first and I am just the back up.
@Maryeah03 I believe the website goes to under review twice. Initially when you are first requested documents from the agency, it’ll say that. Then, for me it changed to “pending appointment” which is when I submitted everything to the agency and had to go in person to sign docs (some people it seems do this step via electronic signature) and then when the agency sent my file to HPD it changed from pending appointment (which is where it stayed at for a while) to “under review” . Then when HPD approved me it changed to review complete which is where it is now. I’m waiting on lease signing now.
Crossing my fingers and toes my status goes from "under review" to "scheduled appointment" today. its been 3 weeks since I submitted the docs. I know thats not a lot of time but a girl can hope lol
Been on Under Review since October for a Brooklyn building. Was supposed to hear back since end of February or early March and haven't been able to get in contact with the agent since
