The affordable units are made smaller as you can already see on the HC site the difference in a studio & one bedroom layout compared to the listing on there main market rental site .
I was referencing the floor plans on the housing connect page for the building listing. Did not look at studio and 1 br layout but the 2 bed plan on the housing connect photos tab. For the 2 bed unit on the housing photo tab it has a 2bed/2bath layout. Attaching the plan picture link for lottery unit to this message if it shows up.

The 2 bed in the market rate has similar bedroom dimensions to the lottery 2 bed unit and a larger living room than the only one available plan released yet for market rate.

Lottery: Larger room 151 square feet / Smaller room 140 square feet Living Room 193 Square feet

Market rate: Larger room 151.39 square feet and 147.55 square feet Living Room 172.6 Square feet

Wish they had more 70-100% also for Mid-income people but that is probably what we always do wish for more, because we are often eligible for less. truthfully there has been more 130% and 40-60% lotteries than anything else. They are out there you just have to look for them then the question do you want to pay for them lol. Good luck to all and ma we all find our dream home within a range that is manageable

Yikes. So move ins may not be until early next year. I noticed only a few units available for market rates.

What’s up with this development I saw that they don’t have C/O. Do you think that’s why the log numbers aren’t out yet?

Possibly. They need certificate of occupancy to move forward. They’ll probably release them in a few weeks
