Moving in at the end of next month.
Thanks for sharing the very happy news. I predict you will be happy with your decision particularly when you renew your lease in 12 or 24 months.

Lol I’ve been so anxious & excited about this lottery. It is ideal since it is close to my work place & is a beautiful area. I don’t mean to rant, I’m really in need of my own place, I make a decent amount of money but these nyc rent prices are insane lol. It’s hard to find an affordable market rate apartment now a days. Congratulations to everyone that has moved in & good luck to us all!!
Requested to submit documents yesterday so things are moving along! My log #18x with 100% AMI studio/one bedroom
Congrats! Has anyone heard what log # they are currently up to? Looks like they called at least a few more recently, so I’m curious what number they called up to. Based on others’ responses, they seem to be processing people more quickly so hopefully that means more numbers being drawn sooner
Just wanted to update, I have gotten an email from Fifth ave committee and working with a specialist! Log 1XX
