Lol yes, this is what’s confusing me. Was the preference actually filled? At this moment it seems like we only know that CB was filled. Or like WildAboutHarry stated they created more apartments than needed for the mobility percentage and they are still trying to fill them with those that have that preference.

You have an amazing lucky log#(very low log #) .

You will be contacted very very soon, you should get most of the documents ready NOW! (the ones you have now) .
Pls keep us posted when they contact you, so that we would know around which log they are up to when they contact you.

Wish you best of luck!
Which AMI are you and for what size unit ? Thanks
Our family's income places us in the 60% to 100% AMI bracket. We're aiming for a 2-bedroom unit. Admittedly, I'm a bit disheartened by the limited number of units, but I'm still holding onto some hope.

I’m in low 2,XXX. I’m at 60%AMI.
I got to see two units.
The 1bdrm unit that was shown to me was a mobility unit.
But the studio that they showed me was not.
So I’m not even sure if they’re even still filling the mobility preference.
Congrats! Are you in the community board?

I'm really hoping they call some more numbers by at least the end of October. Every other lottery I've known goes through at least 1,000 a month. For whatever reason, this seems to be moving very slow. Sounds like they are approx at 2xx for GP with this.

Exactly. The slow pace is really frustrating me. Just wanna know if I’m gonna get a unit or not.

Same. It’s been over a year since this lottery closed, I honestly thought they would’ve been further in gen pop by now. I’m hoping I’ll get contacted by the end of this year, but with the rate they’re going thus far… I’m not so sure.
