It's beyond frustrating! I don't understand why they don't hire temp workers or volunteers to assist with the lotteries. This lottery is the first where I have a log number 1XXX and below and no contact within a year. Anytime my log # is 1xxx or lower, I get an email in 12 months. That includes the date the lottery opened.

I don’t know how much this will help but I viewed a unit around two weeks ago and on the same day I told them that I’d like to accept it. They replied that they need time to review my file because there were other applicants that have lower log numbers than mine that haven’t been reviewed yet and haven’t heard anything since.

Side note: I viewed the one bedroom and it’s kind of small but decided to move forward because it seems like a great building with well within my budget.

I’m in the 100% AMI and studio/one bedroom

18xx and I’m not even considering it anymore. Taking forever and it seems they won’t have enough units for my AMI.
