Woops good point, this was the West building (the main building with the gym and stuff). I’m sure they still had higher floors left for the flex layout, but she said they were out of 5th floor for open floor plans, which was my preference.

I also forgot to mention that I might have gotten one of the last (if not the very last) layouts above 700 sq feet with an open floor plan. The other large one bedrooms $2699 with open floor plan were around 650 sq feet and the regular size $2500 1-bedroom was around 550 sq ft. Can’t speak for the flex layouts though. I was also told that there are no one bedrooms with balcony - only studio and 2 bedroom. Also no units with a city/river view, only street view or courtyard view.

I just signed my lease for a large one bedroom in the west building. Moving in February! I’m log 31. It was less than a month from first contact to lease signing so they’re moving very quickly.

Has anyone is this group moved in yet? I'm still about 5 weeks away from my move-in date. Really wish the floorplans has measurements as I'm trying to plan furniture, etc. Good luck to all!

I went in and took measurements. You can also try asking the leading absent for measurements.

The measuring went well but I could have used longer than 30 minutes in the unit. Be warned you have to provide your own tension shower rod which was a total shock to me. I ordered a Moen one from Amazon though and will have the moving company install it. Just really glad I asked about it though.

Are any higher log numbers still going though the process? I'm curious which units are still left for lottery winners. Good luck to all!

I just discovered I needed a shower rod! Will order today. I’m also curious to know of others are still waiting. I just live in this past weekend.
