I don't have the income but I do have a HASA Program Housing Voucher that cover $2343 of my rent. I was told through HRA that the voucher along with my current SRO status should be enough for me to be considered for the apartment. I was also informed that people with vouchers would be given top priority compared to those without vouchers.
I believe there are some apartments left if you are in the 130% ami. The 60% ami units are all filled.

I believe that is for public housing not on housing connect for priority if you have a voucher. For housing connect you can have a voucher and qualify for buildings as long as the voucher covers the rent and you don't make more then the maximum. So you qualify for more units but you don't have priority over those with lower logs.
There was only 1 120% ami 1 bed unit in the original lottery and in the waiting list it was not listed so I don't think it was available
My mistake, it was for 40% ami. The waiting list only mentions 1 studio at 40%. Not sure how accurate it is, it’s just the information the Rep. gave me over the phone.

IIRC HASA does not issues vouchers per se; if an apartment is found and approved by city rent is paid directly to LL.
Oh okay. They recently emailed me back for 40% AMI apartments to submit documents but haven't heard anything back since I submitted. I wanna assume it's because of the holiday. I'm hoping they reach out to me this week. My lease is pretty much up and I don't wanna renew it until I get some kind of idea if I approved or not
