Lol I just checked out the reviews. All of a sudden they have so many new 5 star reviews from the past 2 weeks, hmmm.
The most recent review in regards to odor was from 5 months ago and the reviewer was also unhappy about living with ppl from affordable housing *shrugs*
LOL alot of buildings will convince new tenants to give 5 stars before they experience the b.s .... but good luck to anyone who gets the few units available.
The funny thing with this is that I was still salty about getting a jacked up Log # on Housing Connect 1, so when this waiting list/lottery came out, I was like "meh" and still applied.
Don't know if I should get excited or not, since 1) It's only a handful of units that's actually vacant and 2) its a "poor door" lottery. :/
The Eugene sold its poor door side to Breaking Ground or some other affordable developer so I doubt there will be racism there.
Is there a “poor door” list somewhere or did you just happen to hear it word of mouth? Def. Hate hearing about buildings that do or did this smh
