FYI: This week, Housing Connect sent out a request for initial documents from CB applicants.

Based on Streeteasy, it looks like the building's completion is further delayed -- availability is now listed as 10/1, pushed back yet again (early July, it was 8/1).

after you've already submitted the documents? If so, it's common that they do and it's just to move along the process.

a viewing for housing connect or a regular one? also yeah they only have like 20 listings on street easy its definitely not done.

it's done. by construction move-in standards. that's what i mean. but its done. i say they start moving ppl in next month.
the ground level is often left undone. the lobby is finished. concierge in. think i saw a row of computers or w/e. leasing stuff in the lobby.

that means nothing. they put the listings up a batch at a time.
