@Robbie I totally understand that you are excited. The answers to your questions are in this thread. The gates are not closed but there was some mention of that a while back and the community was upset about it. The pool has been closed as if a couple of months. There is one posting with a few pictures of a one bedroom in this thread. Pretty please read the thread it contains a lot of information.

@ wanting to move,

You said the list for two bedroom is 798 as of week 7/29/2014, There are apartments available for someone to move in but the number is moving so fast, which means some applicants just don't want the apartments or not response to their letter. It is good for you the number moving up pretty fast. Very soon it will be yours 1100, good luck!

I hope the 1 bedroom list moves fast too! Anyone know the turnover rate on average per each unit type? 2 bedrooms seem to be about a hundred a year? Not sure about the 1 bedroom list. Anyone know?

You have been called for a two bedroom at Masaryk right? Can you share details?

UPDATE: The office is still working through the veterans for the 1-bedroom list. The regular list (for which we have lottery numbers) has not begun yet. Once all the veterans have been served, the rest of the list will open up. Numbers are getting closer. Good luck everyone!!!

I am on the list after the past lottery. I will be moving to a different apartment soon. Should I go to the office to give them my new address? Anyone know how I go about this? Thank you.
