Mari_

That's not bad at all! Just think I got over 1000 for 2 bedroom list. It's going to be 5 years and I only have 250 to go. It moves a little slow but it moves.

Hi Mari. Yes a home visit is required. I had mine done about 2 months ago. i scheduled my appointment with a 3 hour window of time. The apointment only took about 5 to 10 minutes. Pictures were taken of my home and one of myself.

Just swung by and stopped in the office. One bedroom list is at #2 and 2 bed list is at #845. The actual lists were hanging on the wall, looks like I am 93 in actual terms, so a little less than half of what my "number" is.

Took me awhile to find that office, although it was only because it was obscured by the scaffolding. Before I found it though I did get into one of the buildings through the basement (thought the office might have been there) - laundry room looks well kept, elevator was fine and the hallways, while looking a bit old, were also clean and in good condition. Nothing was stinky, which is good.

It was good for me to confirm that they got my application and that I am indeed on the list, at least, since they never send confirmation otherwise! Seems like move-outs were very slow in November and December, list has barely moved - now that the holidays have passed, hopefully things will pick up some...

Happy New Year! And Thanks again! Are the lists numbered? Last time I was there it was impossible to figure out what number the list was? I remember legal size pages I was to find my name but didn't know what it meant as there were three full pages before my name. No movement on the list since November which is frustrating but let's hope it picks up in the new year. I'll check again in February and post.

It's nice to hear there is no stinky!

No, there were no numbers next to the names but I counted a page of the one-bedroom list and there were 45 names on it, I was the third name on page 3. What I don't know either is if they cross out names as they are called, or if they re-print new lists every so often with the next person up being first on the list. There were no names crossed off most of the lists but the Studio list had names crossed off. But since the one-bedroom is only up to #2 it's pretty much a moot point for me at the moment.

One thing I did notice is how much better the place is looking compared to when I first stopped around in January last year, when it was much more a construction zone. The lobbies were all decked out for the holidays and there were also decorations on the grounds.
