Not sure if it's gone up in the last couple of years. But you can look at the amounts on the ad that was placed. If you click on my album you will see a copy of the last two.

I used to live there. Sucks. People don't clean up after their dogs. They pee in the elevators. There are rats in the basement and mice in the apartments. Not to mention the roaches. You're just living in glorified projects.

Thanks Dirtyface,

Was management doing anything about it? How much were the carrying charges?

Hi jennylhq and Wanting_to_move,

I have just seen your messages. I have not been called yet.

But, I called the office 2 weeks ago about my status. The lady named Melissa said I might be called about summer. For the 1 bedroom apartment waiting list, my log number is #10, it is #3 now. But there are 4 families ahead of me. I don't know how they account the list.

Thanks for everybody's contribution at this thread. I am not familiar with this forum. So, most of time, I just don't know how to reply your messages.

Again, appreciate all your precious information.

Quick Question lisa!

I'm not sure! I've also been wondering the same. Can you share which list you're on? I'm on the 2 bedroom waiting list since 2010 my number is 1100's and the current list is at 869, I still have quick a bit to go.
