Does anyone have suggestions about improving credit score? I have no negative information on my credit report, do not use a credit card, and my credit score is about 675. Should i obtain a credit card account to increase my score? I heard that some housing companies are only concerned with negative account information such as tax liens, late payment history... Please advise if you have any experience with this matter. Best wishes to all!

Welcome to the thread Jerryg2007,

There are a bunch of us on this thread on the waiting list and we are very knowledgeable. So feel free to post and share with us. I'm on the 2 bedroom list since 2010. My number is in the 1100's and the current number mid 850's. I still have a bit to go. I'm hoping it moves fast it much much needed.

Good luck on your wait! By the way the first to move has to host a dinner party :-) Just Kidding

I think there is only 126, one bedrooms in the whole complex. Someone at the complex told me there is only 1, one bedroom in every floor. So 21 floors times 6 buildings equals 126. There are a lot more 2 and 3 bedrooms in the complex.
