Is it that hard to understand that there just aren't enough white people in high crime neighborhoods in NYC to stop and frisk? Do you not recall white flight? Oh wait, your not even from this city nor ever visited it. So you wouldn't know your ass from a hole in the ground.
Ok for one I have visted NYC and secondly, the world does not revolve around NYC! I got a newsflash for you Einstein, some of the things that happen in NYC does happen in other parts of the country, but I guess that you would'nt know that since you proably never left the city!

I'd say so. Unless the arrests were to prove a point to benefit society, every time you get arrested your opinion becomes less valuable. Not sure what that threshold would be before your opinion becomes completely worthless, but 22 times has got to be close to it. But according to posters like you and simetime, he probably only got arrested so many times because he had no input in the law creation process.
