So happy about this. My income is over $500k and certainly don't feel rich in Manhattan. I am so happy we have a great governor. De Blasio is awful.

$500k barely afford you the average apartment in Manhattan. And that's about $1.4mm.

I think being able to afford a home is what makes you middle class. Again, my income barely buys me the average apartment where I live...Manhattan.

Pre-K doesn't actually do any good, medium to long term. So this just amounts to state-funded babysitting.
