Got my letter today. My date is may 23rd. List #13xx.
Question: It says to prove residency on october 1, 2013 through september 30, 2014. If im using bank statements, do i have to print one for every month during that period or will one from october 2013 and one from september 2014 be good enough?

I printed out each month but she just took oct 2013 and sept 2014. Just the two.
Got my letter today, last week the lady on the phone said June 2nd. I probably misheard, but anyway my orientation date is really June 5. List 169x, good luck everyone.
