It's not? Free housing, subsidized food and goods, free or extremely low cost health care, free health insurance, free or low cost education... all come courtesy of the US military.

I love when they trot out the military as an example of socialism.

Military is a contract between the gov't and the enlistee. The perks of the job include pay, healthcare and education. When one signs up for military duty one expects to receive a package of benefits in exchange for a certain number of years of service.

Don't forget the Senate and Congress, who have health benefits you and I can only dream of and use the postal services so never have to buy a stamp or stand in line at the post office and other unreal world benefits. We pay for them.

If you're unfamiliar with the concept of socialism in the real world, you can think of free public education, public libraries, the police department, the fire department. They're for everybody, paid for by everybody's taxes.

Its an example of socialism in an American institution where OP said there were none. And it's a job package paid for by EVERYONE, not just a private employer.

Damned straight. Sanders is a very dangerous virus along with the campus states that support him.
Remember these states in the near future. His socialists indoctrinated college diaper babies will have blossomed
into intracellular parasites.

I think the guy has the onset of dementia. Often confused and prone to fits of anger. Quite sad. You had a good run Joe, time to give it a rest.
