The homeless man, Jarrod Powell who had a long criminal record could be telling a lie that he got maced by this man who he stomped or it could be true.
A couple of possible scenarios
a) Jarrod Powell saw an Asian man in his neighborhood. He thought the man was one of the people responsible for spreading "Kung Flu" as some people call it so he decided to stomp the man out to send a message Chinese people to stay out of the neighborhood.
b) Jarrod Powell was sleeping on the street and his bag was nearby. Yao Pan Ma and other associates of unknown age tried to take his bag but he woke up and tried to stop them
but then they maced him. Then he retaliated by pushing down Yao Pan Ma and stomping on his head
c) Jarrod Powell saw an Asian man in his neighborhood. He thought the man was one of the people responsible for spreading "Kung Flu" as some people call it so he decided to stomp the man out to send a message Chinese people should not be in black neighborhoods. However Yao Pan Ma had some mace with him and sprayed Powell trying to defend himself but Powell got more mad and stomped him.
I think even if he was maced this head stomping was brutal and attempted murder and he is going to have to do some substantial time in prison, robbed or not robbed.
If you are fair person you won't assume to know exactly what happened.
But racists don't want to be fair. They just want blood because they are brutal minded themselves
Of course if Jarrod Powell is claiming he was robbed evidence will have to shown or his story will hold no weight. Some other video would have to be produced or witnesses. Maybe if his clothing at the time has mace in it and the cops have it that could be evidence although not strong alone.
I find it strange that if Jarrod Powell said he was attacked first that he would say with mace. It doesn't sound like the first thing someone would come up with if it was a lie.
However people do come up with clever lies.
So there are a lot of possibilities here but some people are in a rush to judgement for political reasons. ans stereotypical mindsets, bloodlust, etc
I hope Yao Pan Ma fully recovers

Yea they always hide black mugshots, post happy hs pictures of thugs, plaster white mugshots all over the place. Old news. Many are too stupid to see the bias.

not sure what world you live in where when that's pretty much all that is on the news. george hw bush won his campaign 30 years ago because of a black person's mugshot. open any paper and you see tons of black people getting shot vs tons of whites walking around with ak47s, storming the capitol and being escorted out in golden chariots with plush cushions and given cotton candy
I like Mick Jagger for the same skills, and only a clueless moron can think art is just an "entertainment". For your info, art is something far deeper - I am not religious, so art is my way of communing with all that is good in the universe (and that certainly does not include crime). Yes, I like a lot of black artists, and a lot of artists of other races as well. Black music is probably the oldest kind of music, probably with uninterrupted tradition from the Stone Age, and that is amazing to me. Probably that is why all humanity tends to react to it with deep emotion, it resonates with something that is universal in all of us.

Police kill more whites than blacks, like way way way more. Not even close. And guess what? Most of those whites deserved to get killed by the police and the world is a better place without them. Hows that for cotton candy? Turn the tv off or at the very least change the channel.

It's funny you bring this up. Yesterday I was having a conversation about ghetto looking cars with my black coworkers. They didn't seem to mind anyone using the term ghetto and they started the conversation. Must be ok to describe inanimate objects as ghetto. Or maybe my coworkers are sell outs?

I did not care for Mohammed Ali, I do think Eddie Murphy is really good :-), and I agree with the ideas of ML King. In addition to BB King, some of my other favorite bluesmen are Blind Willie Johnson, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Sleepy John Estes, and Mississippi John Hurt (and about 150 others at least :-). I left a guitar pick on the grave of Charley Patton (at Holly Ridge in MS), one of the numerous sites in blues history that I went down to see. Do you even know who these people were? Or can you just moronically keep parrotting some dumb paranoid anti-white prejudice like that post above? There are whites that I like and whites that I surely dislike. Ditto with blacks or Hispanics or Asians - why should I love all of the people of ANY race, including my own?

Uncle Toms, duh! Had a black coworker tell me ghetto types do everything backwards. "They buy the nice expensive rims, then they get a pos car...forget about real estate or investing...and that's why I live in a white neighborhood"
