Phrases people say that irritate you (guilty)

Are there any phrases that people say that annoy/irritate you?

A few I am tired of hearing -


"If I could tell my younger self... "

"At the end of the day..."

because it's actually "Champing at the bit"

I smile when some gets it right!

“No problem”, when used instead of “You’re welcome.”

"agree to disagree"

To me that says I am right and you are wrong but I will no longer discuss it.

Oh, where do I start?

-pronouncing the “t” in often

-“he did a 360” when talking about people making a change. Then he’s facing the same direction he started from. He did a 180 if he changed.

-calling a SO “my lady” makes me cringe.

-moms who refer to themselves as “mama bear” as in “this mama bear will come after you if you mess with my babies.”

This is usually used by inconsiderate, confrontational white trash who think their little monsters should be able to do anything they please.

News people use this as an all-purpose indicator of a grave situation. It's time to let it go.

Not a phrase, but it annoys me when people call others "fam." It's so phony, and seems to be used to ingratiate oneself to a group of others who are, in reality, nowhere close to being a family.

Funny, but a perfect storm, to me, is the perfect way to describe when a set of circumstances come together to cause something to happen.
