im trying not to go nuts yet--- the reps admitted that they dont know how everything is going to work out
as it stands i will be getting 2 1/2 payments next week and then 9 1/2 payments for 9 weeks
BUT its still possible that the program will be re run or a new follow up program will put me back on track
we will see....

I just called Remote Services and was told I have no benefits left; the repayment will eat up the remainder of my Tier 3 and all my Tier 4. I specifically asked about Extended Benefits and was told that will be only 3 weeks because repayment will come out of that too. But I have to specially apply for the EB. I was told they could not help me but I should call a "recovery specialist" as noted in the Determination of Overpayment letter. I called and got a message saying they are swamped and all you can do is leave your vitals and wait for a call back. I've received 5 letters so far, but no "summary" letter. All of this scares me so badly. I'm racking my brain trying to think of a reasonable plan of action, but . . .

PS here is a trick for people trying to leave messages for RECOVERY SPECIALISTS but not getting through!

CALL AFTER HOURS, that way the VM is empty and people arent calling! if u call DURING THE DAY u will get VOICE MAIL FULL most of the time!

CA I tried that last night. Didn't work for me.. but the message did change. I think someone quit because the person I need is now taking care of xxxx-xxxx and xxxx-xxxx ALONG with xxxx-xxxx and xxxx-xxxx. One of those xxxx's wasn't there last night.
