They say that you're less likely to pass the virus if you're side by side as opposed to facing each other or one behind the other.

And to top it off the GF is 8 months pregnant but so far has not become sick.

Anything else?

I've often worried about having a close family member who lives out of state getting sick. He has an essential job plus he's a single Dad. In normal times, if he took sick we would be right there helping him out.

I can only imagine what you and your wife are going through right now. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for your son.

It is in the Financial Times article on comprehensive facts about COVID-19 that I posted.

This is another interesting article today about what it's like to "recover" from COVID-19.

I appreciate it. We're in kind of a dilemma as I am in a high risk category and we live so dang far away. We may have to take in our grandson again soon to help out our daughter and she lives much closer to us. We just had him for 10 weeks. Our son does not want us to come there as we'd have to do a hotel but if he were to fall fast then we wouldn't hesitate.

No offense intended at all. But I have read so many varying opinions from so many so-called experts that I tend to only believe maybe half of that they say. Maybe not even that much.

You're only next to the infected person for a second. You're not in contact. You're not in a congested area with lines, such as checkout stands or the deli, where the particles accumulate over time, and you have to be in these locations for a considerable amount of time.

Being at home, going to a gym or restaurant, and attending work, school, or church are the high risk activities.

I passed by the shopping center. The spinning class is being run outdoors. All the restaurants are serving customer outdoors. I even saw the lady's salon having customers sitting outside with their hair in foil for coloring, perms, etc.

Fairfax County Public Schools won't be offering a full five-day week of in-person instruction this fall.
