Numbers have been looking good. Very different from just a month ago. Percent positives are dropping.

Look here: https://www.vdh.virginia.gov/coronavirus/

Scroll down to the Dashboard and choose "Testing". Choose "Total Tests" from the dropdown menu and then the health district. You can see the 7 day rolling averages for percent positives.

On June 2 the Fairfax Health District had a 14% positive rate. On June 18 it was 6.8%. Arlington dropped from 7.7% to 4.9. Alexandria dropped from 10.3% to 5.1% positive. Go back to May 22nd and the percent positives were in the 18-20% range.

No. The complaint of people going the wrong way in a grocery aisle. And confronting them.

It’s not like someone is going to give a reckless shopping ticket.

I agree with you 100%.

Giant has put up plexiglass partitions between self-checkout stations so that all of them are now in use.

I noticed that some of the baked goods were very cold. There is so much leftover product that it appears the stores are refrigerating them to keep.

Not that I need to justify myself to you but if someone who is at risk chooses to go to a store early, chooses a store BECAUSE they have one-way aisles so you don't need to pass or be passed by someone, making it impossible to keep a 6' distance, I have the right to expect that others would be respectful of other shoppers.

Oh come on now. I've gone the correct a lot more than I haven't. But I have stopped to look at items on the shelves and have had people going the same direction pass me. I have passed by people the same way. We were not 6 feet apart. This was a poorly thought out plan and one that should die a quick death.

Are you wearing a mask at the store?
