I don't think you should leave at all. You have the right to your opinion. Just like those who disagree with your opinion have that right and also should not leave. Freedom is what it's all about. If you can somehow scrape up enough support, you will get your way. If not, then pay up or save big $$$ and quit. It's your choice.

Laughable. You poor innocent victim. Oh wait...who cleans up those cigarette butts on the beaches, who has to breath in cancer causing second hand smoke, yeah, the rest of us.
What needs to stop is the ignorance and absolute disregard for your fellow man and the environment by smokers. That's what needs to stop.
I agree, the tax is WAY too low. Needs to be $25 or more per pack.
