Pen not where it should be, or a dud one left out.

I always try to throw the dead ones away. I hate going somewhere where I need a pen, and then discovering I don't have one with me, or it is dead. Even worse is when a pen bleeds into the lining of a handbag. That really peeves me. Great peeve Jezer.

Well we used to have that problem. But since a businessman I know had over 500 pens left over from a name change and said he couldn't use them so he gave them all to me and we have about 20+ at each writing area in the house. The rest are in a drawer for future use.

We have tons of pens, but sometimes we just can't find one...

When I used to smoke one of the uses for a cigarette lighter was to heat up the tip of a non-working pen to draw the ink to it.

Now I just toss it and look for another.

I think all those missing pens are in the bottom of my purse along with lighters...I don't smoke either.

I have a drawer full of non working pens
