I used to talk on the phone for work - with a headset that left my hands free for typing or inputting verbal info into a computer. The headset is the only way to talk, but without that, I prefer not even having the ringer turned on on the phone in my house, I have to let it ring now since my job is an on-call basis - but those conve4rsations are very short. I believe my opposition is the holding the receiver to my ear. It's a weak elbow joint issue.
Oh, and for the late question, depends on who is around. In a group, I will just listen to everyone else unless there are children present - I'd much rather listen to what children have to say. Again - refer to just eavesdrop rather than join in.
Do you like to talk on the phone ? I don't mind it, just not for long periods.
Extra credit: Whats is the longest phone conversation you remember having? When in college I talked to my girlfriend, who had gone home for the weekend, for an hour. Her dad made her get off. lol

Happy Tax Day...booooo! I will be heading out the door to pay my PA wage tax, boo again!
Do you like to talk on the phone ? Not really. For years I had a customer service job where I was on the phone almost all day every day...and that kinda killed wanting to be on the phone for other things, even though it's been over 10 years since that job!
Extra credit: Whats is the longest phone conversation you remember having? I think it was with my DH before we were engaged...he lived in TX, I was in OH, and we talked for maybe 3 hours one night.
