Some people call me peevish for having so many pet peeves.

Carpooling (and use of HOV lanes) being defined as two or more people per vehicle.
A mom and her two year old kid aren't carpooling.

Should be "Two Licensed Drivers per vehicle"

Today a guy with headphones on bumped into me and didn't even realize it.

There was another time when I was walking on the sidewalk and someone with headphones on was about to walk into me and I don't know if she even noticed me, so I had to step out of the way at the last minute.

On this note, sighted and hearing people who don't actually use their eyes and ears.

Go to India sometime and look at their sidewalks, where they chew betal nuts, litter the sidewalks with red/magenta spit. It's everywhere!

At first I thought it was blood they were spitting, but betal nuts are like jalapeno peppers in the poorest countries, it suppresses your appetite!

But, at least, it adds some bright red color to the sidewalks!
