Hopes I wouldn't say a word until you know for sure that she's pregnant. Or not. Do not worry about her thinking about you one way or another. You can't read her mind. Don't try.

BTW I made the same mistake once. After that I learned to zip it.

summer before senior year. Our school told us what photographer to use so the yearbook would look uniform.

She's not overweight. She's in great shape. But she has this belly. I'm not sure if it's left since the last pregnancy or she's pregnant again. It's BIG. I'm afraid to comment for fear she's not pregnant. I made the mistake once in my life of asking when a non-pregnant woman was due.

My instincts are that she's pregnant. Hubby thinks that she just hasn't lost her belly from the last pregnancy but I swear her stomach was much, much smaller last month.

We're very social with them. I fear she'll notice that we're not commenting/congratulating and think we don't approve. This is a stupid post. Just wondering how you would handle this?
I will never ever ask that question I have ignored obviously pregnant bellies for fear I was wrong. That is probably rude, too, but I just can't do it.

I was asked once if I was pg when I wasn't. I was mortified. I just had gotten married and was trying to learn how to cook and gained alot of weight too fast.

When I was actually pregnant, I wanted everybody to know. When I was about 8 months along I was talking to my vet and I said "I'm expecting a baby fairly soon". Her response was "Yes I can tell. It's pretty obvious". Something about the way she said it made me feel very foolish.

What I'm getting at is to let the person make any announcement necessary rather than assuming a big belly means a baby is on the way.

Hey Hopes - I just reread my post - I wasn't intending it to sound like I was correcting you....my bad....I obviously need more caffeine this morning also...

I'll keep it zipped! Thanks guys!

Suddenly this morning, I had the urge to clean my house. Dishes, laundry, pitching old mail, garbage out, dusting, etc.

The dogs are following me around. I guess they don't know what to think of this flurry of ativity.

Feel free to bring that cleaning urge this way Hopes! I think we're having company this weekend...I need to get cracking. How is it that a clean house just doesn't stay that way very long?

Yes we had it too, although it wasn't nearly as prevalent as Malaria. I always thought it sounded cool (I know, inappropriately weird ). The band Dengue Fever is my new obsession, funky, quirky Cambodian pop out of L.A.

We need robots. Like they had on the Jetsons cartoon. When will they create robots?

Awe! Sorry DS is sick. But strep is good news because she'll be feeling much, much better after a day of antibiotics.
