Now that's a messed up story.

From the article:
Quote:
People who claim to be the man's family told investigators he was having a psychotic episode earlier in the night and was asking for mental care, but stole the car and hit the victims.
Honestly, I put a great deal of blame on the family of the driver. I see 6ABC is saying the man possible got in a 3rd hit and run too. How do you let a nutbag family member take your car like that?

Seems the article just updated and the man was arrested in Collegeville.

Friggin' sad ... the woman was just minding her own business and this happens to her. You never know.
This is sad. A jogger with a broken spine (in Collegeville), and a woman walking home from work killed.

And the same guy who did this in Montgomery County? I am glad he was arrested and charged there, he will certainly be punished.

A good read. Philadelphia should not be an experiment where rich "progressives" (they're views are far more conservative / keep the status quo than are progressive so I put it in quotes) fund politicians to administer their theories.

They don't "enter."

At both Pat's and Geno's, all ordering and consumption takes place on the public sidewalk, over which both estiablishments have erected canopies and set up tables.

I'm not sure whether either place could station bouncers to frisk everyone who walks down their sides of the street.
