As someone who has friends who are skinheads, punks and other various subculture monikers, I still give a because it sounds like a superficial insult.
I have no clue, I just found the definition on wikipedia.

They drive or take the bus in from lower income areas of Mckeesport, Clairton, Duquesne, Homewood etc. Its a shame a declining shopping district is defining an entire region of the South Hills.
I agree wholeheartedly.....

Good for you, having friends who are punks and skinheads. That's great. I'm sure they hate juggalos too. Everyone should.

Juggalos practically took over Century III mall during it's decline. Most of them live in Munhall/WestMifflin. Go at any time of the day and you'll see their terrible-looking axeman shirts/tattoos and dread-locks.

And yeah- being called a juggalo IS an insult. Their entire fanbase calls themselves juggalos or "ninjas"

I must be getting old. I have no idea what a juggalo or an axeman shirt is.

Yep.

Next time you goto Century III, see how many of those faces (probably w/o make up, or with SOME makeup) and those shirts you can count.
