Okay, here's the link to the first quarter records detailing who bought and sold BP stock.
It appears one Vanguard mutual fund was selling, and two others were buying. That would suggest that Vanguard was simply repositioning its funds, not actually selling off BP stock. Which would mean, they didn't have insider information. So the accusation against the President would be completely unfounded, heh?
