This doesn't surprise me at all, particularly the justification that it isn't homosexuality and is therefore allowed by Islamic law (the rape of young boys).
Anyone who does any amount of research at all will quickly discover this and a host of other atrocities such as the fact that non-muslim girls are considered by many of them to be war booty subject to rape to 'cleanse them' simply by the offenders presense even when the girls are residing in their own Western countries. This is happening all over Europe in escalating numbers.
In fact, in Italy they have refused to even acknowledge that this is a religion because of things like this and other horrendous practices.

That would be Afghan tribal culture. You need to learn how to make the distinction between Islam (an imported Arabian religion) and the indigenous Afghan culture before you try to attack Muslims.
