Thank fully Western societies have moved beyond bigotry and Islam (a peaceful religion of one billion) will be freely practiced in all areas of the Western world. Does it hurt to know this?

I'm sure you are doing your best to be a world citizen, and accept everyone, blah, blah, blah. But the muslim extremists would happily cut off your head and laugh about your weakness as they did so, for no other reason than your birthplace/nationality.

Im pretty sure tens of thousands of American expats live peaceful lives in the Middle East. See Dubai, Kuwait, Oman, Libya, Saudi Arabia. Do you know any Muslims in a real life basis? I think not, because you'd see how good people they are if you did.

Ancient Greeks behaved in the same way. It is the hieght of chauvinism, hypocrisy, and filth.
Every time any piece of news about Muslim culture surfaces, I am more disgusted with them.
It's the Afgan culture, not the Muslim culture. By far, most Muslims are disgusted with that behavior. In the overall scheme of Islam, the Taliban, and for that matter, all Wahhabi sects, represent but a small fraction of Muslims.
I'm glad you pointed out the Greek culture, too. This was a way of life for them, particularly the great Spartans!

I'm not sure that I believe that. I've understood a lot of the same is going on in Saudi Arabia.
